Goals

Let's share your goals and how you plan to accomplish them. Let it be taking my Fitness Camps and/or changing your diets. Maybe less of the beer...just a thought don't kill me! Lets all get in shape and have fun doing it.

    My goals are to increase my muscle tone as well as endurance and eat healthier. I'd like to get in good enough shape to be able to complete a mud run at Pendleton. I'd also like to get my body fat percentage into the 'athlete' bracket. I plan on doing this by attending Jenny's class 2 or 3 times a week and running or going to the gym 1 or 2 days a week. I only drink on the weekends now since I started Jenny's classes again about 6 weeks ago...which is huge for me!

  2. Every year I always say I gotta slim down for the summer and every year that rarely happens. I love to eat but I am getting older and the things I used to be able to eat are showing up on my stomach and back (yes ladies...love the back fat [sarcastic tone]). I really want to lose the belly and back fat and tone it up as well as my arms. My goal is by July to be able to look at myself in the mirror in a bathing suit without cringing, haha!

    I am going to try my hardest to crack down on my eating habits. I haven't had a soda in about 2 months. I've been drinking more water than anything. I'm also going to go back on my healthy eating. Eating every couple of hours. Starting with egg whites in the morning, then a bowl of oatmeal a couple hours later, then lunch (chicken breast, lots of veggies and some brown rice) 2 hours later, then more veggies (cucumbers, carrots, raw broccoli) a couple hours later, then another snack (maybe apples w/ peanut butter), then dinner (usually the same as lunch but salmon instead of chicken). Lots of water and besides Jenny's workout 3 times a week, hit the gym for weight training and cardio. Of course I do have to give myself a free day...I got to or I'll go insane, haha!
